Gainers and losers of congressional districts: 2020 census numbers coming this week

Not many districts are flippable. Biden famously turned a few states blue, but not many districts. The game is to hold what we've got and win more southern suburbs.

There ARE some that can be targeted. I live in a purple district in a blue state. Flipped back since our former Congresscritter is our governor. The lefties argued in town, the right went all-MAGA. Now I have a representative who openly refuses to talk to a US Citizen if they are not of Christian faith (and has to be a Christian faith they approve of, so not even so sure about Mormons). We CAN flip this back, but not if we are arguing over who is the MOST progressive.
If the last election was close then you need a better Dem candidate or campaign, and better turnout. But it is difficult to unseat incumbents, even newer ones.
