iOS - Battery Health - any ability to export long-term battery health trend

As stated above - anyone know how / if the long-term battery health data is stored in the phone and how one might get it out? It's time for a new phone, but I would be curious to see what the decay profile looks like - it's been sitting at 81% for quite a while (80% being the apple care covered replacement percentage).
