I learned a new word. Joggers

I think, although I'm open to being corrected, that "sweatpants" has come to mean the pants that have a loose cuff -- and "joggers" are the pants that have the cuff with elastic that grips your leg, although not necessarily tightly. And the pants that had elastic but the pantslegs were long and loose enough to flop down and obscure the cuff seem to be obsolete.
