Best, Quickest way to get those Live Photos to Still Single Image

I made an Automator workflow app that sits on my desktop. I can just drag the HEIC files of a live video and drop on the automation to convert to a JPG. I'm guessing it uses the first frame. The same automation also works for other file types.
There's only 2 steps for the automation: Get Selected Finder Items Change Type of Images (JPEG) |
