I never realized Jewel was that bad

I just saw her on Soundstage. How annoying can you get? Every little vocal trick she tried was just awful. About 1 song out of 5 approached having a melody. She would get the anguished look on her face that didn't begin to match the lyrics. She milked the crowd with a yodel where she took shortcuts and pretty much faked it. She absolutley butchered Over The Rainbow.
