The D50 and D70 hold their own but lack some key features in the 20D price point. The 20D has ISO 3200, a useable one at that, 5 frames a second shooting and a vertical grip option. Things to consider if those aspects appeal to you, especially of you are shooting low light action or performances. The 20D is a staple of weekend warrior parents shooting pics of their children in action.
