I consider REALTORs ™ slightly lower than the corner "Buy Here, Pay Here" car dealer. EVERYONE I've known in the business is lazy - they want the listing, but once they get it they let the newbe agents do the actual work.
I sold my own house (in a slow market at that time) within 90 days for my full asking price. Paid a title insurance company about $350. to handle the paper work.
