OT: Anyone used tung oil or Waterlox on oak floors?
#2
I wouldn't use pure tung oil on floors. Very high maintenance. However, it's really nice on fine furniture, musical instruments, etc.

The Waterlox is a good alternative for real oak. Hopefully, you have oak with a smooth surface (closed grain) and will get a smooth surface.
