10 of our lines are via Voip here at work via mcleod. Must be a major outage because I cannot get through to customer care to push our main number to the 4 copper lines (POTS). The sh*t is hitting the fan and unfortunately I can't duck. 
At least my sales rep picks up the phone to acknowledge it's not just us.
