I second incognegro's recommendation of the TrendNet cards. A detailed review and link to the Realtek drivers for OS 9 and OS X is at this link:

These cards have been running for almost two years in a gigabit network and have worked perfectly under both OS 9 and X.

Amazon has them for $16.
