USPS - tape stamps (backless self-stick stamps)

Okay, okay, BGnR; it was more a curiosity than anything else. The local PO's are selling the dispensers as if there's a new stamp type coming, but no one knew of it. Admittedly, a weird thing for me to research.

Thanks, $tevie for the info. Again, the coil dispenser's packaging was going on about "new self-stick backless stamps" on its sell sheet. The wording said it'd be like a tape roll -- like Scotch™ tape.

Thanks tronnei for the info. That would explain why there's no appearance of them beyond a mention on the packaging for the dispenser.

Now to get more coffee and pretend I never posted this.
