Airtunes is prob. the simplest/fewest parts approach, but IF there's already a wireless router in the house with the stereo, Airtunes is not the best/cheapest choice (IMO).
The ROKU Soundbridge is pretty nice, and allows browsing of song titles on the device, but you could do that browsing on the 'Book. If the laptop has Bluetooth, I'd consider a straight bluetooth adapter for the stereo (Logitech makes one, I think).
Soundbridge doesn't support iTMS protected AAC files tho....hmm.
