You think that's bad?
The service computer just plain refused to accept my ZIP code. So, since I didn't live where Apple thinks I do, the computer wouldn;t budge and allow the exchange to take place. But a tored sounding lady was persistant, and I figured, hey, I'm only one of 1.1 million - so we hung in there and it finally accepted.
It's gotta b a bad day when a million people call in for personal service.
Actually, I turned on the speaker phone, washed the dishes and chuckled at Pat Buchanon on "Hardball" while I waited. Ooops - was I multi-tasking?
