Just to add fuel to the fire, I went to the Apple web site and they are denying that my computer is covered even though it obviously is (I know how to read and I can figure out that "5" comes between "4" and "6". Aren't you all impressed?

So it looks like I, too, am going to have to call about this. Why send everyone to a web site that doesn't work?
I always say, Apple has made good on every problem I have had with one of their products. But getting to that point can be a real PITA sometimes.
