I haven't replied to your other posts, but have been following them. Congrats! From 200 applicants to 2 offers, if I remember correctly. It definately makes a big difference going into a job feeling like you have already "won". You'll be happier and will want to do good work, which will obviously help you out in the long run. Sounds like the benefits were pretty nice also.
