My cat is currently on 3 medications and this place is MUCH cheaper than the vet. They don't seem to carry one of the meds I need at the prescribed dosage but I am going to email them to see if they can get it for me.
I take my cat to one of the highest priced (and most well respected) vets in the city (I didn't know that when I started going there) and as she is 13 and has a few medical issues I don't want to make a change. The support staff is great and I really love the Dr. we see there but I could do without the $125 bill every time I walk in the door.
When I got my dog, I took him to a vet recommended by the shelter and they are much more reasonably priced although they are not as convenient and I am not crazy about the Drs. They seem competent but I don't get the same feeling of confidence from them that I get from the vet who treats my cat.
I need to do some vet shopping before Cooper is due for his shots in the spring!
