I have this vendor (I won't name it here) that pisses me off. Not only their products break all the time, they're also very slow with repairs (both warranty and non-warranty). They sent me a quote for a repair, I decided to not replace certain parts, so I asked them if the price for the difference was OK. No, I forgot a "filter". The revised quote is not $393.22 vs $392.66. What is that, $0.55 difference? I already bought $20k worth of stuff from them in 2007! Probably the same ammount in 2006 and also in 2006. How can they be so closed minded? They don't get my business anymore. That's it!
