OK, a bidder from France just "won" my eBay auction. Now what?

My auction didn't list any other country options besides the U.S and yet somebody from France became the high bidder without asking me ahead of time if I'd consider shipping outside the U.S. I'm a little annoyed about it; maybe I shouldn't be.

Isn't that grounds for refusing it?
Or is it not a big deal to ship overseas?

Please advise.
