Advice: Things to ask a potential Wedding Photographer? Also: Any leads for a photographer in Mpls MN?

I found many a link to interview questions to potential photographers...

but I am interested in hearing from the photography buffs or others what
they would ask a potential photographer... I am in a planning stage now
and i would like to be prepared and knowledgable (somewhat) going in..
