Well, I always hate to say that someone or something sucks, I like to say that here is room for improvement. But, in Verizon's case... we had them as our provider for our cells for 3 or 4 years. When we wanted new fancy phones with a camera and bluetooth, I was surprised to find out that bluetooth is disabled for the most part and forget trying to get photos to or from the phone with paying them extra. I returned them and went with a new provider that let's the phone do it's thing.
