I have had lots of difficulty with dropped service. Every week or two it will be down for a day. They sent me a cryptic and quite involved "solution" that involved lots of mysterious networking lingo and modem tweaking. For now, I just unplug and reset every cable modem, gizmo box and wireless router every time it goes out until I get the green light again on the gizmo box. It probably has something to do with my setup, but everything works great except for the outages with the VOiP.
