It's thick
It's running the awful Flash UI
It has a "Full Touch," not multi-touch (i.e. gestures) based screen
It has a low resolution screen (440 x 240 vs. the iPhone's 480 x 320)
It doesn't do WiFi
It doesn't appear to support speakerphone usage
