Yes I agree, it looks legit.
The problem is that this supposed payment does not show up in my PayPal account.
If I click the login link at the top of the page it takes me into my account and there is no sign of this payment., no link to "accept the payment' or anything at all.
If I click on one of the account links it opens up a page asking for all of my information to open a new account.
Just seems fishy to me...
