It seems odd to me that Ben has kept his cool through everything, but now he is is letting emotion drive him. What has caused the change. Is it something that Jacob did when Locke was there? And why did he take Locke to see him? He could have just avoided mentioning that whole thing.
The underwater station is almost a James Bond sort of thing. I had to wonder why they didn't just cut the cable going to it. And "Looking glass" as in Alice. Wasn't there a white rabbit last week from Ben's past? That can't be accidental.
