Refusing Buy.com shipment per their suggestion?

Thanks everybody - shipment is via the UPS - Post Office; some deal I didn't know about where UPS originates shipment by picking up from shipper, then, somewhere along the line transfers it to USPS for final delivery.

I've already had the postman tuned in for a couple of days now and he's watching for it for me - leaving note on mailbox whether or not it happens that day. Think today's the day... we'll see.
