I'm starting to HATE VOIP.

We went from LDMI which merged w/ Talk american and now Cavalier... Their customer service sucked the big one... One thing I'll say about McLeod is that up until today, they always picked up the phone w/i a few minutes.

They had an outage across several states... MAJOR... The lady said that she looked down at one point and saw 500+ people on hold. I am getting a busy signal but according to her everything is back up and running and I just need to reset my modem when I get to work. However, she couldn't even set our call forwarding up based on that system being down. YIKES. Someone is going down for this.
