I bought a Filtrete one at Lowes. It was $29.00. I offered them the $20 they used to sell them for. They countered at $21 plus tax. I took it.

I have never bargained in a retail establishment. I watched a morning show where they said to be very nice and try.

I nicely told them, I did not feel like going over to Home Depot (which was out).

I did not realize they were so competitive.
