Can I remap the keys to one keyboard and not the other?

Yes, you can identify which input device will respond to a quickeys shortcut. You could make a set of shortcuts to remap the half keyboard and leave the regular keyboard alone.
It's a really great utility. I actually hate using someone else's Mac because none of my shortcuts work. |
