If the filter costs 56¢ and you need it, do you think they should give it to you for free?
Yes, in comparison to the 20 grand you've spent with them, they should give you a discount on something, maybe like reduced labor rates, but if that's what the part costs, that's what the part costs. If they give you the 56¢ part for free, what should be the limit of when they charge you for parts and when they don't?
As prof said, maybe 55¢ is where they would have given it to you, but 56¢ and a plane crashes somewhere, lol.
