Probably because I am in the UK I have no problems shipping to France and often have done. I also ship very often to Australia and New Zealand (they like their model railway over there) as well as the rest of the world and that includes the USA on a lot of occasions, South America, Japan, Siberia (twice!) and various places around Africa. As long as the basics are correct then there is no problem shipping anywhere these days. It is a small world.
