Advice: Things to ask a potential Wedding Photographer? Also: Any leads for a photographer in Mpls MN?

Find out how they will dress. We went to a wedding where the photographer was dressed like a shlub.

Also, find out how they plan to photograph the ceremony. They should be as unobtrusive as possible.

Timeframe to get proofs. How do they guard film/negatives, etc. Friend of ours has no professional wedding photos because the film was lost/damaged.
