Wonder if new models on the horizon.
We had just purchased some of the 2.4GHz refurb MacBook Pros - Apple was nice enough to give us $450 back per with the new 2.4GHz models costing $100 less than the refurbs were.
That said - the refurbs are faster with their 4MB of Shared L2 Cache vs. the new $1999 2.4GHz that has only 3MB of shared. Makes a real world difference.
Now the $2499 base new MacBook Pro has 6MB of L3 cache as well as the 512MB VRAM...
Anyway... iMac updates can't be far off.
