It's a little scary that people "don't remember" running a red light or stop sign.
And it cracks me up hearing people righteously proclaim "I don't think I was going that fast". But I digress...
A lot of states have reciprocity, the agreement to honor out-of-state moving violations. And obviously, that affects the driving record in one's home state
BTW they don't have to send the ticket to you via cert or reg. mail. Reg 1st class will do. If you don't "get" it, your prob, not there's. It's good to be the king
Check and mate.
I say you should say "Screw you, NY! You don't have the balls to come and get me, and I can beat it, easy! Bring it!"
And do use Certified or Registered mail.
