Sometimes a leak like that can be fixed by getting a better washer that seals between the swivel connection and the faucet threads.
The last time I priced them in the local hardware store, a single hose end was almost half the price of a new hose on sale. Ugh, there are an amazing number of marginal plastic replacement hose ends. A brass one like this is a little better but the hose clamp can be a little uncomfortable/ungainly if you move the hose to different faucets very often.
~$3 plus $8 shipping http://www.doityourself.com/invt/6005383
If you are committed to getting a new one, cut off an inch of hose to take in to the hardware store to make sure you get a replacement for the right diameter hose.
