Anyone ever refused a shipment from Dell?

Since the monitor is in transit, Dell may think of it as a completed sale. I know that's how my company would treat it. Once our items are shipped and invoiced, it's a completed sale. So, they may want to treat it as an exchange or a return and require you togo through the usual hoops before they'll take it back.
