Chupa and graylocks are correct.

I've disputed charges successfully, never lost one. Wells Fargo gives a temporary credit while they investigate your claim.

I don't see why you'd have a basis for a complaint if the fee was disclosed.

Fees for doing online booking are heinous, however legal they may be. Ok, onerous, at least. You save somebody the cost of face-to-face personnel, and should be credited accordingly.

I also avoid places that charge for your use of an ATM card, assuming they also take checks. The savings in bad checks should pay for the equipment.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
