I had some REALLY serious issues at first, but they were holes that I dug for myself. I originally had Ubuntu 7.10 32bit installed on it. But it had 8GB of RAM, of which only 4 were visible to the OS. That is why I wanted to switch to 64bit version so I could use all of the RAM. I couldn't get it to install, then when I finally found a way to get it installed, it would become corrupted and choke. Finally I realized that while the RAM had been installed for almost 6 months, half of it had never been used or tested. I tested each stick individually. They all passed, but the testing required that they all be reseated. After that no problems, and it is FAST!
