Windows on a Mac

Darwine, Wine, Cross-over are code frameworks that will interpret Windows programs in another environment natively. They're hit or miss. Sometimes they work great, other times not at all.

VMWare, Parallels, Qemu, Virtualbox, are emulators that allow you to run a client OS inside of a host OS (eg Windows inside of OS X or Linux)
