Can I move a HD from a 2.16ghz macbook to a 2.2ghz macbook without any issues at all?

If the 2.2Ghz originally shipped with a system OLDER the the one currently installed on the 2.16ghz, then you're good.

i.e--Assume 2.2Ghz shipped with 10.5.0, and the 2.16gh is currently running 10.5.1. Then you can swap the HD and run with it.

But if the 2.2Ghz shipped with 10.5.0, and the 2.16Ghz is running 10.4.8, then it might work, but probably will not.
