The blue liquids are almost worthless, unless you like to repeat the process several times, and even then, it tends to smear and streak.
If you have some Simple Green handy, use some of that in diluted form. It does a much better job of cutting the film and doesn't streak as much.
Best yet, get yourself some Stoner's Invisible Glass. The auto parts chains carry it, and it can also be found at the auto detailing section of Target.
Use it in conjunction with one of the microfiber cloths or mitts from the same section. The mitt is easier to handle when reaching into tight spots. Even on their own, without a cleaner, they do a good job of cleaning the glass.
