If it's an ATT store then I'd just go in there and give them a piece of my mind. If it's an independent then you have to go in and talk to the store manager in person about reupgrading and giving you the phone you want.
The store only carries ATT phones but the customer service reps couldn't locate the store on their dbase, which only stores the actual ATT stores, I don't understand the logic of that either. So it is my sole responsibility to prove that I have returned the phone to a 'legitimate' ATT store.
