A lot of people "hate" the temporary problems and inconvenience they're enduring for a few days while Apple is scrambling to get the service up and running. In three days, they'll like it just fine. By this time next week, they'll have forgotten the transition inconvenience. And three weeks later, will think it's the greatest thing since OS X.
