Dental Implants.....think I am having buyers remorse

The answer is absolutely. Not only will they eventually drop, but the upper will gradually shift back from your bite not aligning properly. I'll give you three guesses how I know, and the first two don't count. Implants weren't available at the time I lost a lower molar, so there wasn't a reasonable option. The dropping and shifting will certainly happen eventually. Now $3,000 per tooth? Wow, that is a lot.

If you decide to cancel the implants, you might ask your dentist if a nightguard would be helpful. I'm now wearing one to minimize the shifting of one of my teeth. It seems to be working, although it had already shifted before I got the guard.
