Fry's rebate - yes, that DOES scare me. Pete Townshend said it best: "Won't Get Fooled Again"...
It's not a Fry's rebate, it's a Crucial rebate (In the 23 years that I've been shopping at Fry's I've never seen a rebate that was issued/processed by Fry's, it's always the manufacturer).
I've purchased several sticks of Crucial RAM from Fry's with a Crucial rebate, and never had a problem with any of them, not even a phone call was required. Rebate arrived about 45 days after mailing it in.
