If that printer works anything like the wireless HP all-in-one I bought for my girlfriend, then the easiest way to set it up is to have it connect via wireless to your router. This assumes you have a wireless router in the house somewhere. Once it's connected to the router, then all of the computers should have immediate access to the printer. At least in theory.

Using printer sharing via the USB hookup is an unnecessary step and will only complicate things. USB printer sharing requires the host computer be powered on to allow other computers access to the printer. Turn off the hardwired computer, no more access to printer. So skip it entirely .In theory, if one machine is using a USB hookup, the other machine should still be able to connect to the printer wirelessly.
