Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii became a state in 1959, before Obama was born. Therefore he is a citizen of the United States. He could have been born to Jor-El and Lara Lor-Van, and he would be a citizen of the United States because he was born in the United States.

He travels on a United States passport. Someone in the largely Republican Department of State issued him a United States passport. Therefore whatever documentation Obama offered when he applied for his passport was convincing.

I wish there were a penalty in this country for frivolous lawsuits. The aptly named Gary Kreep would go broke within weeks.
