Ask his campaign. Did you see the H anywhere on campaign literature? I am sure it was an accident. OK, but you didn't answer my question. And your last two sentences appear to contradict one another. How could he "constantly" refer to his name and run away from it at the same time?
Did McCain regularly use his middle name or initial in any of his campaign literature?
