Verizon, The New Apple?

I wouldn't base a decision to go with Verizon on one data point. Personally, when I've dealt with Verizon in the past the local store reps were aloof buttheads. Not only that, but they disable many of the factory features on the phones (i.e. most bluetooth functions) they sell so that they can sell you network-based versions of those same features.
