when we have to replace our big tube TV, it's going to suck a little bit... it sits inside an antique armoire, which although very large, will not accommodate a new HDTV in the larger sizes. and, we don't have anywhere else good to put one in our living room.

so, we'll be limited to a 'smaller' HDTV that fits inside the furniture that matches our home's decor (non-modern). plus, since HDTV is widescreen, it will look even smaller than the 4:3 set it will replace.
