That is a stupid cheap price if the specs are right.
The dual core Atom 330 is supposed to be $45 all by itself. Case, PS, motherboard for $80 is pretty good. Add a 500 GB hard drive and a 2 GB DIMM and you have a 2nd generation Apple TV for $200.
